Lee mold warranty?

Last week I purchased a lee 6 cavity mold off of eBay the item was brand spanking new I started casting tonight and the sprue plate was loose so I let the mold cool and I started to tighten the bolt/screw like I have done with my other lee molds numerous times I wasn't even putting much force on it and it snapped leaving the threaded part inside the mold will lee warranty this or am I out almost $60? if they do warranty it do I deal with the seller on ebay or do I deal with Lee precision personally?

Call Lee- they will probably fix it, although they don't have to.

Get a screw extractor set. You broke it, you fix it.

I have used 6 cavity molds for a long time and not had any problem like that. I think Lee will fix it for you.
