Is there something in the water today?
I see you are new to INGO. I'd like to say Merry Christmas and welcome to INGO.
Is there something in the water today?
If I point a stripped lower at a dude, did I just commit a crime?
Do not brandish your stripped lower.
So if the upper/BCG were not in close proximity [i.e. readily available] then the lower would not be readily convertible? What if the upper and BCG are nearby but the lower parts kit isn't - you could put the upper and BCG on it - would you be able to fire it?Hah, a trick question! I rise to the challenge.
Your answer: it depends.
My question: Where is the upper and is the bcg in it?
...Pic of ATM pointing a semi complete lower at himself...
You never can really be too careful, right?Without a muzzle, rule #2 was never violated. However, since it did have a trigger, I made darn sure to keep my finger indexed.
Safety first!

sorry if this is an old question, just wondered while packing a gift.
