I think that you have to find a fll on both ends to cali. And a ffl that will deal with the extra hassel of cali paperwork. Then there are the cali regulation on handguns.

I think it would be possible but a lot of hassle.

I have been looking for a good p7 m8 and they have a cut like following.

No, It is not legal. I live in Cali for the time being. That pistol is not legal. It has not passed the California drop test and does not have 10 round mags. Do not sell it. The FFL should not except it anyways. Only exception is Law Enforcement.

NK1124 Is right. It is not approved and it can only be brought into the state by someone personally bringing it into the state. I dealt with these laws bringing my XDm into Cali and trading it and savage for a M1A.

I mistakenly sold a shotgun to a guy in california. It was a long drawn out proceedure. I could not mail it direct to the FFL so I ended up with an extra FFL fee, actually two extra fees because the guy on my end screwed something up in the paperwork. That was for a regular over/under shotgun. I'll bet that HK will be a lot of hassle. I don't sell anything to commiefornia any more. They complain, but keep electing the same socialists as always.

You or the buyer could have found an FFL that accepted shipping from an individual

    Mag Capacity

IIRC CA has a mag capacity restriction of 10 rounds. If this is the M13 that was on this list with the LEO restricted mags, I think those would not be legal in CA either. Just my .02...

Do an internet search for a CA gun shop and give them a call.
