I am going to Legends at the Casino this weekend. I understand that it is not part of the casino, so do the laws of the casino apply or the gun laws of the non-casino for a club apply. I would rather carry but am not sure if I can there.

If you have any info about it, I would love to know.

    Thanks

There was another thread here that discussed this topic and from what I understand as long as you're not on the boat itself you're ok. Never been myself so I have no firsthand knowledge.

    Horseshoe Casino and Legends Carrying

I first would like to thank the security staff at Horseshoe Casino outside of New Albany.

I called the Casino and asked about carrying there. They explained that I was welcome to carry in the "Mall" area. That is where the Legends Club and the Buffet are. They did request that I go concealed.
    :):
I wanted to see the Casino itself, so I went to the check in and ask the Security Officer there where to check my weapon and he took me to a location with locking devices. I was also told that if for any reason that I felt unsecure that they would provide me with security as I felt needed. LOL... I think they thought me a high roller.

Rearmed and spent a wonderful evening and night at Legends listing to a great band.

Thanks to those who advised me on here and also to the staff at the Horseshoe Casino. The staff was so nice and respectful. :rockwoot:

Wow, that's pretty cool. I would imagine a casino has probably spent more time and money on security than just about anywhere else, and it's nice to know they recognize the fact that it's patrons have a right to protect themselves there. Very cool, thanks for the report!
