LEO standoff in Decatur?

So a guy at work was in Florida last week... said when he returned home around 3am Saturday night/ Sunday morning he could hear sirens all over his neighborhood and LEO on the PA system ordering a man to come out of his house. On his way to work this morning he snapped some pictures of the house this happened at and all the windows are busted out. Wondering if anybody had any information what happened?

What I have heard, is that a guy barricaded himself in his house (rental) dumped gasoline over himself and threatened to burn the house down with everyone inside.

So SWAT was called out.

I am guessing you mean Decatur Township, and mean River Run neighborhood.

The picture I saw on Nextdoor that looks to be correct, no front windows, no idea on the back. I didn't feel like driving past the place, so I haven't seen it for myself, just what one person posted.
