Bullet proof vest for a K-9 police dog....like they wear when in service. Something like this.....just what is a good brand?

K9 Storm, I think, makes one of the best vests on the market. I have seen vests that are bulky and impede the dog's movement and also make overheating more of a concern. This vest provides coverage while maintaining a minimal profile because they custom make the vests for the dogs (and the fitting process was a struggle with this guy). Still have to keep an eye on the dogs for overheating but that is always a concern with high drive working dogs. Also they come with a great warranty AND straps for fast roping and rappelling, which we are totally going to do...someday. These vest are not cheap though. They will run you $2700-$3700.

I actually saw a video somewhere of someone shooting an old vest at close range and even though it was an "old vest" it still provided the protection needed.

Plus tell me he doesn't look like a bad ass in his vest.
