Cheaper than Dirt is at it again just like the first panic. Looking at AR15 magazines. Five dollar Thermolds are $19.97. Twelve dollar gen2 Pmags are $29.97.

Send them an email stating your displeasure with their practice and that you and 26,000 of your friends won't be buying from them. ;)

If people are paying this how is it "gouging"?:dunno:

Just my opinion but raising prices two to three times retail to take advantage of a situation is gouging. Unless they're trying to keep inventory until that becomes the average price. But it's also at the expense of customers.

I did last time. Funny, they didn't answer. It was interesting watching a different site where others were getting banned daily for voicing their displeasure on their forum.

Why would you buy from cheaper than dirt if your local guy has them?

Shaming people for buying things not from local vendors is BS. It's good to support your locals but no one should be shamed into paying more or not being able to experience the convenience of Internet shopping out of some false sense of duty to locals. It's amazing to me that comments like this show up on the same forum that extols the value of free markets and liberty.

Gouging and fear mongering are as American as Apple Pie and what now pass's for baseball. Turned into a national pass time in 2008, standby for more of the same. Have a nice next four years.
