Rokita wrote his own letter, there were a few and Messer didnt sign the other one because he signed this one.

Not to nit pick, but I'm pretty sure Messer signed both. It was Young who signed the Benishek letter and not Rokita's. Young actually caught a lot of heat for not signing Rokita's and issued a statement to the point. I understand that Rep. Susan Brooks issued a very pro 2nd statement today as well.
