This is an interesting article, that contains a few interesting points of view
that I haven't thought of.

There is a pinch of conspiracy theory that I didn't care for, however the author
seems well informed, and didn't seem to consider himself an expert.

It's long, but I think worth a quick scan at least.
My favorite line in the article is where the author makes the point
that our rights are not ours to forfeit. Others died to obtain them for us.
