License plate "2nd Amen"... INGOer?

Spied the above license plate today.

SEEMS to be an abbreviation for Second Amendment... but I suppose it's not a lock.

Curious if it belongs to an INGOer?

Due to the circumstances I saw this plate... and remembering a recent thread you started made me shy away from thinking it was you - not knowing your prior plate!

It's a mystery!
