I'm not aware of any of the staff using it since it was turned off for non-staff members. I know I haven't and don't plan to use it. If I have something to say, I say it- privately in some cases, publicly in others. Just to clarify, the above was intended as humor.

The burden of proof lies on the person asserting the claim.

Such a change would require a modification of Indiana Code.
If such a bill is ever attempted in our State Assembly, the hard evidence of its existence will be ridiculously easy to verify.

In spite of this, the rumor will never die. People like spreading rumors.
