I understand the thinking very well. I think the same way quite a bit. He had so much good things going on though. But in that position it's easy to just expect it to end. I've been reading about something called "impostor syndrome" It's pretty much that you live in a constant fear of being "found out" to be a fraud. No matter what success you have, you always believe you didn't earn it or it will soon come crashing down.

I still have a "Uh-Huh" on CD, but as a person, he's a monumental douchebag, and that's even disregarding his whacky politics.
His music, at least into the 1990s, is great stuff, but he seems to treat those closest to him as mere disposable items.
