Little stroke of irony here...
Just got a job offer tonight from a company that approached me to come work for them. More money. Better benefits. Company that views employees as an investment, not a slave. Goal is to work there for a year to get to know the company and the processes, and then move to sales where I will be be making double what I'm currently making. So tomorrow I get to inform my boss that he can FATWO. I'm more excited about that than I am about the new job.

Shoot! I forgot to hit record. Although, I didn't hold back when telling him the reasons why I quit. And there were about 3 times during the conversation that my boss started to cry. Probably because he knows he's absolutely screwed without me.Where's the video?

I had actually planned on 4/30 being my last day before retiring and told them I would stay another year.
They sent me out to take over a project so they could fire the superintendent and the job is so screwed up I wanna quit and just retire now.
