As a kid, some of my best memories are of my parents taking me to see David Copperfield live. I saw him twice when he performed locally.

Every week, my son watches Penn and Teller "Fool Us" and loves it. He also bought a magic set from toys r us with his own money. He makes up his own tricks which make me laugh every time.

Immediately following his world famous "disappearing brownie trick"

Magician Bill Blagg is performing live this weekend so I got us tickets. I have never heard of Bill Blagg, but I don't think it will take much to impress a 6 year old. As long as my son's happy, I'm happy.

Do you guys like magic? Who are some of the best performers you have seen live?

Dave Baggett has a fun show he does for Halloween Weekends at Holiday World. It's geared toward children, has kids come up on stage, etc, and there are a few really cool "make the assistant appear" tricks as well.

The bill blagg show tonight was pretty good. He had some trouble with a couple of tricks but had us laughing the whole time. Lots of audience participation and good for all ages. Check him out if you get the chance.
