Sounds like another jerkoff got himself shot by police while trying to flee in a vehicle. A bystander was put in the hospital when he finally crashed.

The police station has already been shot up in a drive-by shooting in retaliation or whatever.

Why not use regular bullets like they used to? As long as they’re allowed to get by with it they’ll continue to do it.
