Is there a list of INGO FFL holders who are willing to do transfers?
I'd prefer to work with individuals, particularly if they're close to Fishers.

For some reason I feel weird going to a firearms dealer and asking them to handle a transfer of a firearm they carry and have sitting on their shelf.

Anyway, if there are any FFL holders in the Fishers area who could do a transfer for me that would be great. Just send me a PM.

    :)

The dealer is charging you a fee from $20 to $75 depending on their desire. He made no investment in the firearm and spends very little time with the transaction and the paperwork involved. While you are there you may want to purchase ammo, cleaning supplies, targets or who knows what. He was just paid for you to come in to purchase something from him so I thing he would be glad to do a transfer. If you are delayed, well you just have to come in again.
