Every time I order something on the interwebz, I hold by breath and pray it arrives intact. I can think of a hundred things I'd rather do instead of filing a damage claim for a package I received.

Wow, that sucks. I have come to the conclusion all these delivery companies just suck.

In my opinion the USPS is the worst, they are just awful. I will use UPS when I can. They suck too, they just suck less.

My wife sold a figurine on mercari, packed it up very well, a box within a box and surrounded on all sides by numerous layers of bubble wrap. The post office managed to break it in two places.

I have stopped doing business with more than one company I actually preffered because Fedex was their only shipping option. I notified them of my decision in hopes they would provide alternatives but last I checked, they hadn't.
