Looking for a AR Lower Jig

I've had this 80% lower for some time now hoping to get to one of the finishing parties. Since they seem to be few and far between, I wonder if anybody out there would be willing to loan, rent, or sell their used jig. I have my own drill press and recently picked up a milling vise for it. I've collected all the parts needed to do a complete build, but just need the lower done.

Have you tried one of these? The price is less than half of most jigs I can find.

I haven't tried one, but I did get to check it out and it looks well made.

Would be nice to find a jig made of steel instead of aluminum.

Depending on your timing, I may have a jig I can sell you. It would be for $50. I have two 80% lowers and a jig on order but have decided that I will probably trade them both for one 100% lower.

I won't need the jig if I make that trade.

Horseman, When you find a jig, If you need an ear to run things by just let me know. I can turn you towards tooling and methods that work.
