I have about $450 burning a hole in my pocket I plan on spending at the Indy 1500 at the end of the month. I am looking for suggestions on what I should pick up. I currently have: Mossberg 500, an AR-15, an AK-47, M44 Carbine, Keltec P-3AT, 1911, Makarov, CZ-52. I am thinking I might get a GSG-5, but I have not sold myself on that idea fully. Any suggestions to what I should get or what I am missing.

    Thanks,

As the owner of a GSG-5P and 5PK, I'll throw my vote in for one of those. Great little shooters that are a ton of fun. Mine have been reliable and they always go with me to the range.

Of course first consideration, ammo, do you have enough. It does look like you are missing a .22 collection. You could get a 10/22 and have money left over. Or go for a .22 hangun, lots of good ones to pick from.

I thought about a 22 pistol as well. Any particular recommendations?

I would look for a decent .22 bolt action rifle, and if you have some$ left think about ammo, or a .22 revolver.

I really love my Browning Buckmark. There are a lot of the Ruger semis around that seem really popular. I also have one of the Ruger Single Six with the extra .22 mag cylinder. It gives you a taste of the old single action and I think kids love them because they are like the old cowboy guns.

The GSG5 is a fun and inexpensive to shoot too - love mine and consider it one of my best buys. A 22 pistol is also fun and economical. I have a Ruger 22/45 that I will never let go. I've also been thinking about a Beretta 21 Bobcat for the fun of it.
