Looking for way to stream music without using Alexa or other digital spy

Can't just use an FM radio, as the only local station is NPR. Is there a way to stream classical or easy listening music without depending on a digital spy (Alexa, Siri, etc.)?

I heart radio, pandora, spotify, youtube, etc. Definitely don't need Alexa or siri to stream music

Lots of radio stations have a "listen live" option on their website. Doesn't have to be local. Can also make a custom mix on YouTube.

Bluetooth speaker and your phone. Pick a streaming app or many. Of course depending on your thoughts on it and settings some folks consider the phone a spy as well.
