How long until Russia blames Nato for shooting down this guys plane ?

He'll blame Ukraine at some point.

Maybe it was static in the fuel tank.

The lady claims several weird things:
1) there was an UAV close to the plane
2) she heard TWO explosions
3) there are chunks of something coming down.

Why was she so intent on filming the sky when a random plane was flying overhead? Even when it went behind the clouds?

It looks like the explosions had already happened. There is smoke coming from the plane right at the beginning and it is not flying in anything close to a straight line.
