Loopy vxr

Looking at buying a vxr and was just wonder how people found them? I'd be hunting mainly in bush at either 1st or last light. Also I've never hunted with such a thick crosshair

I didn't know anything about these (still really don't) until this post that prompted me to look them up. While I can't offer any advice, I'm also very interested in other's opinions on it.

Only thing I can offer is that I have a VX-II that I really like and has been a great scope and I'd buy another Leupold.

Yeah I run a old vx2 4-12 and love It but I think it's not holding zero and that's a good enough excuse for me to buy a new one

I have a VXR on one of my heavy AR's. Decent scope. Little bit gimmicky but in low light the dot is handy.
