It is with great sadness I pass on the news of a good coon dogs death. Bandit. Bandit died at the right ful o'l age of 119 (dog years of course). We new he was close to the end for awhile but never thought it would actually happen. He's killed an unknown ammount of coons and opposums and has been a faithful friend since I was 10. His litter mates passed on 9 years ago but o'l bandit just kept going. Going from a beautiful brown and black pup to a complete white haired wise ol dog. He will be greatly missed by myself, family and friends who have hunted with him. The coons however probably do not feel the same.

Sorry about old Bandit, it's rough when you loose one. It tore me apart when I had to put my 12 year old lab down. He was ready to go, I wasn't ready for him to. I miss him daily.

I'm not a coon hunter, but I lost the best duck huntin buddy I ever had. Never mattered how cold it was or how bad a shot I was. She was always ready to do her job. I got her she was 6 weeks old trained her myself and we travled all over running hunt test. Finally had to put her down right before she turned 12. (HRCH BAY). You never forget them but it does get easier.
