If you are in Indy there is a locksmith on the east side that goes by Kash McQueen. He is a little rough around the edges but is a damn good locksmith and does a lot with safes. If anyone around can help you it would probably be him. And on a side note he is a very strong supporter of 2A including signs in his shop that say open carry welcomed.

I've seen videos where people use giant ass magnets to trip the lock thus allowing access.
