Iran is not an enemy of the U.S. The nation might be a geopolitical adversary, but it is not an enemy.

They declare us to be their enemy and storming our embassy and holding everyone hostage for 444 days is an act of war. They've haven't said/done anything to change that, and obama's nuke treaty doesn't change that status either.

As for the definition of treason, does "aid and comfort" mean just material aid...and then comfort means plush mattresses? IANAL so my opinion is just that.

I cannot give a % on how much I agree or disagree with what Farrakhan says in total - because I've not read/heard much of it.

But even that which I disagree with, I will support his right as an American, under the 1st Amendment, his right to say it.

I support his right to say it (which "death to America" includes death to Yours Truly) and likewise reserve the right under the Second to blow his damned head off his shoulders if he tries it.
