Dud anyone go to the gun show in Louisville this last weekend? If so, how was the turn out? Was Ron constantly on the intercom talking about covid rules/and or harping about politics?

I went on Saturday. It was a decent show. It seemed lightly attended but they had the isles 20ft apart so it was hard to tell.

Ron wasn’t too bad. He did have to harp about people wearing masks. Supposedly the Kentucky health department was going to come verify compliance. I didn’t hear him go on about any politics. Only other thing he mentioned was they caught a guy trying to steal a handgun and he was arrested.

I had a good time. Some stuff seemed to be moving but not flying off the shelves. Decent priced Garands went pretty quick in the morning. There was a SAR48 FAL on a dealers table for $1800. I’d have bought that if someone hadn’t swapped the top cover for a scope mount one. No big deal for a fix but it looked like it was going to leave screw marks when removed. I saw a guy buy a Sig 228, 226 and 225 from a dealer. None of them were what I’d call cheap.

That’s all I can remember at the moment. Oh, and ammo was crazy but that goes without saying.
