Got some range time in today, @25 yds I had a 14 in pattern.. I know its not the gun. Any advice?
As a heads up, "pattern" refers to how a shotgun throws shot. "Group" is how your individual shots land.
Low and left often indicates a right handed shooter is milking the grip. Like the motion of milking a cow, all of the fingers are squeezing the grip when you pull the trigger. Try some dry fire and work on isolating your trigger finger, don't change the tension on the other fingers at all.
I took it he was saying the group was so bad, he could not call it a group?

Yeah, I saw 14 inch pattern at 25 yds and I was picturing a shotgun with a really long barrel.
