    I will confirm that you can "create new account" using your license number. And make address change using that new account. I did that a couple days ago and have received the email confirming address change approved and new card in the mail.

    Once you do get back into your account make sure you write down the application number.

    i just updated my address yesterday. As soon as I checked "change address" which was the fourth option. The first option of "new card" was highlighted mandatory.

    Incorrect a PHYSCIAL new card is *NOT* required if you do an address change. You must inform ISP so they can update their database is the only requirement. Up to you if you wish to get a new PHYSCIAL card or not.

    Just submitted for a new card (Optional- Just check the NO box if you don't want to). Did it due to address change. Signed in with old email and then reset password. You can see your app. # after you reset and go to your information.
    No muss no fuss no visits to local LEO.
    FYI, make sure you have your new drivers license before attempting.
