LTCH and moving home

Moving to my new house this week and I wanna update the address on my permit "as required by law".

Anyone know what the proceedure is?

PS - Gonna do my Drivers Licence as well ...... wonder which experience will be the least of a pain in the ass??? The BMV freak out when they find out I'm a resident alien, and have to send my sheet downtown for "verification"
