Hope I am in the right place to ask, I have searched and didn't realy find the answer......
Been printed by L-1, and go to the City-County building as the last step.
But I find suggestions to this address
Indianapolis Police Department Citizens Service Desk
    Room E100, 50 N. Alabama Street????

    Exactly where do I go?:dunno:
Cash excepted or do I need a cashiers check or money order?
Everything but the local fee has been paid

50 N Alabama St is the address of the City-County building. Park on the street, go in through the metal detector at the entrance, and turn right. Room E100 is the last room on the right. It was my understanding that they do not take cash so I recommend bringing a money order for $50. Also bring the slip of paper you got from the L-1 office. You will fill out a form, they will fingerprint you again, and your name will pop up on the screen. Then you can go.

I did this last Friday and got my LTCH in the mail today. That is less than a week turnaround!

200 E. Washington Street. You can't miss it! Big ugly building, a bunch of cop cars around the building and a bunch of thugs waiting around for court (one of those asked to use my cell phone and cussed the other person out on the line for not bailing someone out, haha). I forget how much goes to state/federal. If your unsure, call before you go. There's a place that you can get money orders from right across the street. It's on the right side of the building facing the entrance. I got my money orders there. Remember to not carry any knives or any of that business in there (I'm sure you know, just saying). Have fun, it's a pain in the ass! :D

I think its actually 200 E Washington St(or 50 n. Capital) Indianapolis, IN 46204. Go in on the south side of the building and turn right. After security turn back right again and go to the end of the hall, last door on the right. Have your L1 slip and ID ready. I took a money order, so I dont know about cash.
Im currently on my 8th day (applied Feb 23rd).

After looking at the map, 200 E Washington and 50 N Alabama same difference
I’ll take a money order just in case
