If it has the A2 Birdcage then yes it is threaded. You can remove the birdcage and replace with any option you would like

what about the Ruger SR22? Its based off of the 10/22 but looks like an AR.?. just a thought

i love rugers...i own 3...but that sr22 is just ugly!!!! and i think it costs more that either the colt m4 or the smith and wesson m&p 15

of those two, now that the smith has the threaded flash hider i like it better than the colt, the smith has the working bolt hold open, plus ive seen a colt/umarex that has a cracked lower (he said he dropped it from about waist high) its not even a crack but more of a CRACK (its bent at a 15 degree angle) but umarex is replacing it free

My 8 yr old boy loves mine. It fed about 300 rnds of Federal with no issues.

It is a great little gun.
