M&P Shield Night Sights Suggestions

I'm considering replacing my M&P40c with a 9mm M&P Shield mainly out of concealability concerns here in soon to be smoldering hot south Texas. I want the same carry set up as my 40c though. I'm happy to find Apex Tactical close to having trigger modifications ready and Comptac ready with kydex bodies, but I can't seem to find anyone with normal 3 dot night sights. I have the Bowie Tactical green front/yellow rear on my 40c and would love to find something like that. So far all I've come across is the big dot which I'm not really sure about. Anybody find any alternatives as of yet?

May be a dumb question but why not move the sights from your 40c to the Shield as it uses the same M&P cut? True, the slide is narrower but if they won't overhang the side then it seems like it would be the simplest solution.
