    Hey guys,

Just want to let everyone know that Cabelas online has Plinker brand 35 round mags online. Price is a little high ($35.00), but not too bad. I just purchased 3. I couldn't find S&W so these will have to do.

I'm going to do a little more research on these. Blythes in Griffith had quite a few in stock the last time I was there. However, I think (think, being the key word here) that you might need to buy a special charging handle also made by Plinker in order to handle the higher capacity...I don't know why, but "I saw it on the internet." I know, famous last words...bonjour.

EDIT: Nope, works without charging handle but lots of mixed reviews. Will wait for more S&Ws if and when they become available.

Most of what I have read about these Plinker Mags has not been good. Buyer beware!! Do the research.

I saw mixed reviews on the plinkers too. They are warrantied, so I'm going to gamble on a couple. Just can't find any S&W's nowadays.

I've heard good and bad on the promags. Ive always had good luck with Promags so I took a chance and ordered some the other day. They should be here next week. The only thing I knowis word of mouth with others that like them and say they feed good as well as stop the slide back when empty.

Thanks - ordered 1 of the Plinker brand from Cabelas, figured I can always take it back, and a couple of the Promags. This little 15-22 has been a blast so far, gotta go hunting for ammo now!

Update: Went to the range last weekend, the Plinker mags worked flawlessly in the 15-22. No ftf's, ect. I was running Federal copper hp's through them. Still would like to find a couple of S&W mags though.
