Can someone send me a picture of the inside of their CTR stock, particularly the friction locking mechanism. Mine just arrived today and doesn't seem to be locking properly (looks like something might be missing) and I'd like to see someones whose is before I complain to the seller.

    Thanks.

Note the tabs on either side that apply pressure to the rail on the under side of buffer tube. Its Just a tension lock. If you happened to apply lubricant that would cause slippage.

Are you sure you bought the correct model? They sell a Mil Spec and a Commercial version which fit different sized tubes.

    I was thinking the same.

Can you shake it from side to side on the tube??

What does the tube end look like?? Square I or angled /

What exactly is the concern/problem you are having??? Pic's???
