What had he done wrong? Stupid, yes wrong/illegal(with the way the law is and that's good), he just had guns visible in his vehicle?

I like to take the guns first, go through due process second!

I thought a bumpstock could be switched off, with a flick of a switch. Can you only bump fire if you have a bumpstock attached?

Nah, you can hold it like a normal stock. Using it still requires you to "pull" the gun away from you.

I'd say you are about right. Last week a guy thought he was going to get $3 million (minus fees and costs), but we convinced a jury otherwise....I'm sure that I've been called plenty of things by him and his lawyers since then.
