Put the smack down on the jumbo perch today. 30 in a hour over deep water. Full of eggs and goby. Because they are starting to spawn I wont go back for a few weeks but it was a blast!!
Put some of my perch fillets in the oil today. I like a very light coating so I just use flour with Lawry's Season mixed in to taste. Fry til just a light brown and take it out. They melt in your mouth as is or makes a great fish sammy!!! :drool
