Mardi Gras 2013!

I'm sure most of you are sick of seeing me post this each year but I just booked our hotel for Mardi Gras again this year! This will be my 10th year in a row and I'm ready to swim in some jambalaya from Coop's.

Anyone else going?

Is it anything like Muncie Gras? If so, I hate it already.

If there's any city you need to be carrying, it's New Orleans. Mardi Gras can be fun, but I like the earlier parades where it's mainly locals. Once too many out-of-towners come in it gets to be a madhouse because most of them can't hold their liquor and end up being a nuisance.

I went to college there and LOVED getting a Mardi Gras break every year.
