Boy that picture looks familiar

OMG. The building's name is "The Torch Tower." Second time it has been on fire.

OMG. The building's name is "The Torch Tower." Second time it has been on fire.

And yet they failed to learn from that first fire apparently. News just said that they were "supposed" to replace that flammable cladding on older buildings like the Torch Tower (guess they didn't), and it is banned from new construction now.

So the lawsuits about the insulation are filed...in Philadelphia.
