Mathieu Suture Needle Holder - are they worth it?

I ordered a few of these for the first aid kit for the car and house. Are they worth it. They look faster at stitching, so I said what the heck.

My wife is worried I'll try it on her...........

I use regular needle drivers, plain Paki hemostats or a multitool. I don't see the need for a more expensive option.

I have those and have used them.

These look like they will be a better extension of my hand. My patients have been dogs, goats and a horse. My kids have had a doctor stitch them up.
