Meijer peanut butter deal

Maybe a little late, as the deal ends today, but Meijer has 16.3 oz jars of Peter Pan peanut butter buy one get one free. It was $2.69 per jar at the local store, so it's a pretty decent deal. I did not see any mention of a limit in the store or online. Bought 4 jars and got 4 free.

Wish I would have known about that two days ago. With two kids peanut butter doesn't last long around the house. I usually get the big bulk 6 pound Peter Pan cans you can get at Wal-Mart for $12.84 regular price on there website and in stores. It works out to be a decent deal price per ounce wise. I usually buy two or three per month and divide them out into smaller jars that can be vacuum sealed and rotate them out with older stock. That is if it lasts that long.
