Partial success on my cooking.

The Mexican rice was overcooked, but the flavor is still very good. The water ruined the crust for the spiced pumpkin cheesecake, but the flavor of the cake itself is fine.

The flan was flawless. Everything else within acceptable parameters.

So, a learning experience combined with sleep deprivation. I will improve.
