    Read the cases here tons of them. On the ATF site. Where the ATF has went after people which is insane.

    It should be 100% legal according to our constitution. I can't find the exact letter the atf put out on the topic off hand. It is still an on gong fight in court with the ATF overstepping their power. Along with the pistol brace BS. I think it boils down to "intent" when making a firearm. Just not worth the risk.
    Just a cursory glance at your link makes it look like all those cases were based on that all important word; "intent".
    It's not illegal to sell one, it's illegal to sell it if it was made with the intent to sell it.

    It's not illegal to sell one, it's illegal to sell it if it was made with the intent to sell it.
    Yeah and i wouldn't trust the atf to interpret in my favor. I would just be highly cautious on who i sell it too
