Didn't have the foggiest who this guy was when they re-districted. Todd Young is way more constituent friendly and did a great job his first term. He did what he was supposed to do when they went into recess. This Messer guy? He went on vacation to Israel. He only had a couple of events, all during the middle of the day and were probably screened to the teeth before allowing anyone in. Not a fan of Messer. Miss being in Young's district. Young is way better IMHO!
