What is the point of offering customers the chance to sign up for email alerts if they aren't even gonna send out the alerts?

I should've been on the alert list for G17 and G19 mags since the middle of December and have missed the last few shipments of both because I NEVER got the alerts.

I checked my email this morning at ~7:30. No alert, missed out on mags again. :xmad:

If you receive an email notice you have to renew the notification request after you receive the first one. They don't stay on file so to speak.
