    Getting your local COs advice is the best advice. Even if you're only summoned into court, as opposed to going to jail, you're still going to have to fight in court and that will probably take an attorney (cha Ching$). Plus, you will most likely lose your gun/bow & maybe vehicle pending the outcome of your case.

    Just call the CO...it may save your alot of headaches and easier on your stress levels.
