My 3 year old (see avatar) said the other day that if anyone scary comes into our house "daddy will not let them be alive anymore."
I am taking this class to make sure that's as true as possible. I am doing it for the children!

I'm taking the class to help protect my 3rd old, I'm just hoping my soon to be here daughter keeps cooperating, the induction date is now the 12th. My wife is being understanding though, as long as she isn't in labor, I'll be there. It will be an awesome learning opportunity.

Looking forward to coming back. For those attending the class feel free to e-mail me at mercop27@gmail.com with any questions and concerns. Will have a syllabus available soon. Also want everyone to know that this from this class you can expect a comfortable adult learning environment. The focus will not be wearing mulitcam and a chest rig while fast roping off the Space Shuttle whacking tangos, but rather common sense techniques and tactics for the average citizen to aid them in surviving the most common violent scenarios they may face - George

    Training folder

I have to admit I felt pretty silly after I read the necessary items list and saw training folder and thought what the hell do I need a special paper holder for ( as in paper binder etc..) After it dawned on me this item was a training knife I started looking around and had some sticker shock at the cost of a spyderco endura trainer was 100 bucks. After checking w mercop I went with an endura and was able to find one for 60 bucks shipped from copsplus online. Just FYI in case anyone else was in this situation.Looking forward to meeting everyone and learning some skills.:yesway:

I am going to have to get some pictures up of my new blue gun and training folder. I can't wait to put them to use.

Still 4 spots remaining. If you are on the fence this is great training at a bargain basement price, and it looks like we've got a really cool group signed up so far.

I wish I was free that weekend. I have tryed to make time to meet George and train with him. I know this will be a great class and that as well as a great time you will all learn so much. Schapm You are a great guy to put this all together. If I could possibly make it I would be there.

I wouldn't rule out hosting George again, so stay tuned!

As I promised a few days ago, here is some gear porn with my new blue gun and training folder.

Here are the real G17 and Spyderco Endura next to the trainer versions.

Class is coming up real soon. I am stoked.

Got some bad news yesterday. Nick Dog took a new job and it looks like that will keep him from making the trek out here from VA. We are back to 5 openings.

PM me if you want to talk about payment options other than American Dollars. I am open to full or partial trades for tuition.

I would like to register for this training but I don't have enough posts to send PMs.

schapm, could you PM me payment details - hopefully I'm able to receive PMs?

I'd be interested in participating in training like this. I see you can find good training folders for $60. How much does a blue training Glock G17/G19 run and where's a good place to buy them?

    Happy Easter bump.

Still 4 spots available. Training with Mercop for $125 less than the "list" price. I'm surprised this class has been so slow to fill up, but that can be to the advantage of you procrastinators out there.
