    Ok, so the deal is, I'm kinda a bigger guy(working on it, but you know how it goes.) I only carry IWB during the warmer months, and while a nice Crossbreed or King Tuk would be best, I don't want to shell out the money for one right now. So, I have to work with what I have, and that's a Galco Stow-n-Go. My biggest complaint with it is, unless I wear an undershirt, the pistol, mainly the thumb safety, will dig into my side. This happens mostly while sitting, or bending over, but still an issue. I decided to fix that.

    I carry a 3'' 1911, but my holster was for a 4.5'', so I had a little extra material to play with. What I did was, carefully cut the excess leather from the muzzle end of the holster, and fabricate sort of a side shield from it. This made a HUGE difference in comfort, and was a very easy, cost free solution until I can afford a Supertuck. It was a worth while modification imo. :rockwoot:
