Showed this to my wife too late. Now I am stuck with a Parmesan Pesto coated chicken. She was intrigued.

supposedly you can take the brownie mix from the box and rather than adding water/egg/oil you just add a can of black beans, mix, and cook. Supposedly you can't tell it has beans in it. I ate a piece and it really was pretty good.

supposedly if you use a blender on the beans the texture will be about the same and if you let it cool before eating it will be hard to tell.
