Garlic is too strong and covers the flavor. My favorite way is to saute in butter with small pieces of steak so the meat cooks at the same rate as the mushrooms. Put this hot mess on toasted bun.

Kind of a beef Manhattan style. Your right about garlic.

I found 2 small gray's last night near Southwest Bloomington. The old wives tale is the first thunderstorm after the dogwoods bloom and my dogwoods have not bloomed yet.

All the dogwoods are green and the ones around the house are white.

The redbuds have max'd out and the hills are more green than gray here in Crawford...
