Sounds like the group was punching each other and it was reported that they were playing the knock out game. The teens were not located and no victims were found.

Sounds like one bunch of mopes got frisky with another bunch of mopes. Over under on neck tats is 6.

Hard to tell if it was for real or just knuckleheads screwing around.

I was just to the east of the blocked-off portion of Main Street. I waited until I was looking, cold-cocked me, and then I was out like a light. When I came to my senses, I was taking photos of me.
